Organizational Wellness Assessment

Service Description

In Touch Consulting, LLC will conduct an internal assessment of your organization/company. We utilize the information gathered to determine if the "right" people are in the "right" roles and receiving the "right" support. This assessment will enable employees to perform at their very highest potential and equip leadership with the skills and knowledge to support their employees. The Organizational Wellness Assessment takes a business from what and who they currently are, to who they wish to become. We will meet with leadership and staff individually then with everyone as a group to discuss the findings and discuss potential next steps. Cost is based on 15 employees or less.
