About the event
Maisha Howze's launch of her second book, Hidden Gems: Black Women in the Workplace, examines the ongoing issue of Black women who are physically present in our workplace but not valued enough to be seen or heard. Often times the voices, contributions, and perspectives of Black women are hidden. But, like gems, we endure and continue to shine.
Expect to be seen and heard as we discuss the experiences of Black women in the workplace. We look forward to seeing you to celebrate Maisha's accomplishment and taking a deeper dive into her newest book.
